The Light Fighter Special is an idea that I have been thinking about for the last several years.  In the process of collecting bits and pieces of antiques and other metal items for adornments on my more traditional rustic creations, I began to form the vision of a sculptural piece made almost entirely from these treasures.  Standing just over 7' tall, there are nearly 250 parts in this unique floor lamp, most of which had to be modified to accomplish a genuinely unpretentious look.
